Shipping policy

Live Animal Shipping:

We currently only ship via Priority Express Mail. We only ship Priority Express for animal safety and health. This allows animals to arrive quickly and endure the least amount of stress possible in transit.

 We only ship live orders on Mondays and Tuesdays so that they don't sit in a facility or truck too long. 

Keep this in mind when placing a live order, if you place your order on a Tuesday we will ship it the following Monday. The best days to place live orders for quickest fulfillment is Friday thru Monday. Live plants and other merchandise will be fulfilled and shipped immediately as they can sustain longer transit times.
