Live Animal Order Refunds:
Here at Star Platinum Pets we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all live orders shipped with Priority Express. Before a full or partial refund will be considered you must provide photo evidence of your animal within the shipping containment it arrived in (i.e., plastic fish bags or plastic cups) within two hours of the package arrival time. It is important that there is no evidence of tampering with such containment in the photos in order to qualify for replacement or refund. If a fish bag is shown to have been opened, a refund or replacement will be declined.
